Additional Services

Group supervision or reflective practice

My group supervision practice is values driven and focused on supporting practitioners’ capacity to deepen a sense of accountability within the communities we work within. Costs are negotiable dependent on group size, duration, and agreements about preparation (e.g. pre-reading of research/ academic texts, organisational policies and procedures etc.)

Group or individual debriefing

Sometimes external debriefing is an important part of practitioner wellbeing, particularly after crises occur in the workplace. I do my best to make myself available at short notice, however this can incur additional costs.

Dependent on availability, I offer one-off debriefing services free of charge to unpaid community activists involved in pro-Palestinian organising who have been exposed to police or other violence in the course of direct action.

Tailored training for organisations

I am able to provide half or full day workshops to organisations on the following topics:

Working with parents of TGD children and adolescents

Professional boundaries with clients experiencing crisis

Working with LGBTIQA+ people who have used harm in interpersonal relationships
